以稻草为主料,分别以干湿分离奶牛粪、草原肉牛粪、鸡粪为辅料,制作培养基生产双孢菇,比较3种培养基对双孢菇菌丝和子实体生长、双孢菇营养品质、单产、生物学效率和经济效率的影响,研究利用干湿分离奶牛粪生产双孢菇的可行性。结果表明:干湿分离奶牛粪组子实体容重高于其余2组,与草原肉牛粪组差异极显著(P<0.01),其它指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验表明利用干湿分离奶牛粪制备培养基生产双孢菇是可行的,值得应用推广。
The straw was used as the main material to separate the cow dung, the cow dung and the manure from the grassland, respectively. The medium was used to produce Agaricus bisporus. The three mediums were used to study the growth of Agaricus bisporus mycelium and fruiting body, the nutritional quality of Agaricus bisporus, yield, biology Efficiency and economic efficiency, the feasibility of using dry and wet cow dung to produce Agaricus bisporus feasibility. The results showed that the bulk density of dairy manure body was higher than that of the other two groups (P <0.01), while the other indexes were not significantly different (P> 0.05). Experiments show that the use of dry and wet separation of dairy manure preparation of Agaricus bisporus is feasible and should be applied to promote.
