阐述了应用机器视觉理论研制非接触式接触网检测小车的关键技术、技术原理和路线、主要功能和技术指标、现场应用与数据分析等,采用数字成像、光学设计和三角法立体测量等技术和方法,实现了手推式接触线几何参数、磨耗和支柱侧面限界的连续测量,以及检测数据分析比对和超限值的自动判断警示,指导现场养护维修。
The key technologies, technical principles and routes, main functions and technical indicators, field applications and data analysis of the development of non-contact catenary inspection trolley based on the theory of machine vision are described.
