齿轮滚刀经重磨后降低了齿形精度是一个普遍问题,硬质合金刮削滚刀的重磨齿形误差较一般滚刀更为严重,现场生产对此问题一直未能很好解决。日本生产的硬质合金刮削滚刀都带有一张重磨卡片,要求按卡片给出的参数重磨滚刀。经计算核对,发现卡片参数的制订属理论推导,有意忽略了一是新刀就已经存在的齿形误差及误差的分布形式;二是侧铲面在铲磨中不可避免的出现畸变问题。用这样的卡片重磨滚刀,不一定都能保证原有齿形精度。尽管如此,国内生产的一些硬质合金刮削滚刀至今还没有配备这种卡
Gear Hobs after grinding reduced tooth profile accuracy is a common problem, tungsten carbide scraper hob recoverable gear error is more serious than the general hob, on-site production of this problem has not been well resolved. Carbide scraper hobs produced in Japan are equipped with a refurbished card, requiring that the hob be resharped by the parameters given in the card. After calculating and checking, it is found that the formulation of the card parameters is a theoretical derivation, which is intentionally ignored. One is the existing tooth profile errors and error distribution forms; the other is the inevitable distortion of side shovels in the shoveling. Grinding hobs with such cards does not always guarantee the accuracy of the original profile. In spite of this, some carbide scraping hobs produced in China have not been equipped with such cards yet
