阳春三月,中国首份“能源企业口碑报告”发布。报告认为,在国内能源进行四大革命以及一带一路战略积极推进的背景下,中国企业急需加强口碑建设,提升竞争软实力。这份《中国能源企业口碑研究报告》由艾丰经济发展研究院和《新能源经贸观察》杂志联合推出。报告通过对50家能源样本企业口碑的连续追踪,经分析发现,中国能源企业的口碑建设呈现出分化的特点:80%的企业,2016年口碑总分值为正。但若以平均分值考察,仅有30%的企业居于“及格线”之上。
Spring March, China’s first “Energy Enterprise Word of mouth report ” released. The report argues that in the context of the domestic four major revolutions in energy and the strategy of the Belt and Road initiative, Chinese enterprises are in urgent need of strengthening word-of-mouth construction and upgrading soft power of competition. The “Research Report on China’s Energy Enterprise Word of Mouth” was jointly launched by the Ai Feng Economic Development Research Institute and the “New Energy Economics and Trade Watch” magazine. The report passed a series of follow-up reviews on the reputation of 50 energy sample companies. According to the analysis, the word-of-mouth building of China’s energy companies shows a differentiated characteristic: 80% of the enterprises have a positive word of mouth reputation in 2016. However, if we look at the average score, only 30% of the enterprises live on the “pass line.”
