长庆石油勘探局器材供应处主要承担油田物资采购、供销、管理、储运、配送等物流服务,年采购、供销物资25亿元左右,年吞吐能力200万吨以上,是西北最大的石油物资采购、仓储的大型物流企业。然而,由于该处的主要服务区域涵盖陕、甘、宁三省(区),工作区域高度分散,因而给经营管理造成巨大压力。为了对所有物流活动的经营效益进行追踪动态反映,不断提高物流水平,近年来,该处一直在实践中进行摸索、总结,并最终确定了以实现精细管理为目标,利用先进的作业成本管理方法,根据企业经营发展的实际需要,逐步建立起适应石油物流企业的作业成本分析模型,真正实现并提高了管理现代化水平。
