对亚麻炭疽病病原菌(Colletotrichumlini)进行了生物学特性研究。结果表明:温度、pH、光照对其生长都有一定的影响,菌丝最适生长温度为25℃;最适pH为8.0;持续黑暗条件下菌丝生长最好,光照不利于其生长;该菌在供试6种培养基中,在PSA上生长状况最好;碳、氮源对菌丝生长有一定的影响,碳源以山梨醇和蔗糖最适合;氮源以蛋白胨和牛肉膏最适合。
The biological characteristics of Colletotrichum lini were studied. The results showed that temperature, pH and light had certain effects on the growth of the mycelia. The optimum temperature for mycelial growth was 25 ℃ and the optimum pH was 8.0. The mycelial growth was the best under continuous darkness and the light was not conducive to its growth Among the six media tested, the bacteria grew best on PSA. Carbon and nitrogen sources had some effects on the mycelial growth. The most suitable carbon source was sorbitol and sucrose. The best nitrogen source was peptone and beef extract.
