The author has explored the road to success for many companies. The main points are summarized in the following ten categories: 1. Overall Law. The product structure refers to the proportional relationship between the quality and quantity of different types of products. This shows that product structure adjustment is not a single product adjustment, but the overall adjustment of organizational structure, technical structure and product structure.
