本实验在新生期注射谷氨酸单钠的成年大鼠上观察刺激下丘脑弓状(ARC)对丘脑束旁核(PF)单位痛放电的影响。结果:①电刺激大鼠ARC对PF单位痛诱发放电有明显的抑制作用。②新生期住射谷氨酸单钠,选择性地破坏大鼠ARC区神经元后,刺激ARC对PF单位痛放电的抑制作用比正常动物明显减少(P<0.01)。实验结果提示:刺激ARC的抑制效应可能是通过兴奋ARC区神经元而实现的。
In this experiment, we observed the effect of stimulating the arcuate hypothalamus (ARC) on the unit discharge of thalamic parafascicular nucleus (PF) in neonatal rats injected with monosodium glutamate. Results: (1) ARC stimulated rat pain induced discharge of PF unit significantly inhibited. ② Neonatal glutamate monosodium glutamate selective destruction of ARC neurons in rats, the stimulation of ARC pain unit PF discharge inhibition was significantly reduced compared with normal animals (P <0.01). The experimental results suggest that the inhibitory effect of stimulating ARC may be achieved by exciting neurons in the ARC region.
