目的探讨我国医学本科生内科学临床实习双语教学的优化模式。方法首先建立一种系统的临床实习双语教学模式(A模式),将A模式和现行临床实习双语教学模式(B模式)应用于两个年级的实习教学,最终通过笔试、面试和问卷调查,比较两种模式的教学效果,建立一种有效、可行的临床实习双语教学模式。结果通过评估发现A模式组的笔试成绩和面试成绩分别为(75.50±5.61)和(79.95±7.15)分,均高于B模式组(P<0.05);问卷调查显示两组对专业知识的掌握程度差异无统计学意义(P=0.69);对专业英语的掌握程度A模式组高于B模式组(P=0.002);42.5%的A模式组学生认为A模式能很好地培养学生用英语思考的能力,明显高于B模式组的16.4%。结论系统的临床实习双语教学模式是目前教学状况下的一种优化的、有效的教学模式,有助于提高医学本科生的医学英语水平及用英语进行临床思维的能力。
Objective To explore the optimization model of bilingual teaching of medical clinical undergraduate in our country. Methods Firstly, a systematic bilingual teaching mode of clinical practice (A mode) was established. The A mode and the current bilingual teaching mode of clinical practice (B mode) were applied to the internship teaching in two grades. Finally, written tests, interviews and questionnaires were used to compare Two modes of teaching effect, to establish an effective and feasible clinical practice bilingual teaching mode. Results The score of written test and interview in group A was (75.50 ± 5.61) and (79.95 ± 7.15) points higher than that in group B (P <0.05). The questionnaire survey showed that both groups had mastered the professional knowledge (P = 0.69). The degree of mastery of professional English in model group A was higher than that in model B (P = 0.002) .42.5% of model A students thought model A could well train students to use English The ability to think was significantly higher than the 16.4% of the B-mode group. Conclusions The systematic bilingual teaching mode of clinical practice is an optimized and effective teaching mode under current teaching conditions. It is helpful to improve the medical English level of medical undergraduates and their ability of clinical thinking in English.
