现代各组织机构对于人员的管理重视程度空前提升,人员的档案信息作为录用及任免过程中的作用越来越突出。特别是领导干部的人事档案,其在单位组织机构管理和管理层变动中具有重要作用。但是传统的干部人事档案管理技术和模式已经不能适应现代社会和组织运行的需要,笔者针对于现阶段干部人事档案管理中存在的制约其发展的问题,提出了新时期如何加强干部人事档案管理的几项建议。
