本文分析了24例茎突综合征患者的症状、体征、诊断、疗效及预后。患者症状侧的茎突长度为3～7cm,平均4.53cm,无症状侧的茎突长度为1.8cm～5cm,平均3.53cm,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。提示比较患者两侧茎突的相对长度可作为本综合征诊断的重要指标。
This article analyzes the symptoms, signs, diagnosis, efficacy and prognosis of 24 patients with styloid syndrome. The length of the styloid process was 3 to 7 cm in the patients with an average of 4.53 cm. The length of the styloid process in the asymptomatic side was 1.8 cm to 5 cm with an average of 3.53 cm. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Tip comparison of the relative length of the styloid process on both sides of the patient can be used as an important indicator of the diagnosis of the syndrome.
