目的探讨慢性缺氧对心肌酶的含量和超微结构的改变。方法30只小鼠随机分为3组:正常对照组,吸入15%低氧混合气组和复方丹参注射组。实验2周后,取新鲜心肌标本,测琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH),三磷酸腺苷(ATP)酶,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH);光镜,电镜观察心肌病理性变化。结果缺氧组SDH,ATP酶减少,LDH升高,心肌间质水肿,心肌细胞线粒体肿胀,肌丝排列紊乱。复方丹参组,心肌酶和心肌超微结构与对照组相比均无显著性差异。结论缺氧导致心肌酶组织化学及超微结构的改变,复方丹参对小鼠心肌有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of myocardial enzyme content and ultrastructure in patients with chronic hypoxia. Methods Thirty mice were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group, inhaled 15% hypoxia mixture group and compound Danshen injection group. Two weeks after the experiment, fresh myocardial samples were taken for determination of SDH, ATP and LDH. Pathological changes of myocardium were observed under light and electron microscopes. Results In the hypoxia group, SDH and ATPase decreased, LDH increased, myocardial interstitial edema, myocardial mitochondria swelling and myofilament disordered. Compound Salvia group, myocardial enzymes and myocardial ultrastructure compared with the control group no significant difference. Conclusion Hypoxia leads to changes of myocardial enzyme histochemistry and ultrastructure, and compound Danshen can protect myocardium in mice.
