研究偶联剂Si69原位改性对丁苯橡胶(SBR)/白炭黑复合材料填料网络的影响。通过结合胶测定和RPA2000橡胶加工分析仪分析,讨论Si69原位改性及其热处理、剪切和停放等因素对胶料填料网络的影响。结果表明,白炭黑在高温下易聚集,而Si69的原位改性及延长热处理时间、增大剪切强度都可以有效减少胶料填料网络的聚集,提高白炭黑的分散性能。
The effect of Si69 coupling agent in situ modification on filler network of SBR / silica composites was investigated. The influence of in situ modification of Si69 and its heat treatment, shear and parking on the network of compound fillers was discussed through the determination of the binding glue and the analysis of RPA2000 rubber processing analyzer. The results show that silica is easily aggregated at high temperature. However, the in-situ modification of Si69 and the prolongation of heat treatment time and the increase of shear strength can effectively reduce the aggregation of the filler filler network and improve the dispersibility of silica.
