班氏跳小蜂Aenasius bambawalei Hayat是扶桑绵粉蚧的重要寄生性天敌。在实验室条件下,以扶桑绵粉蚧雌成虫为寄主,系统观察了班氏跳小蜂个体发育过程中的形态特征变化及相应的发育历期。结果表明:班氏跳小蜂有过寄生现象;个体发育可分为卵、4个幼虫期、蛹和成虫共4个阶段;在温度27±1℃、相对湿度70±5%、光周期L12∶D12条件下,班氏跳小蜂的生命周期为14.5d,其中卵、1龄幼虫、2龄幼虫、3龄幼虫、4龄幼虫、预蛹和蛹的发育历期分别为1.5d、1d、1d、2d、2.5d、1d和5.5d;卵和幼虫主要通过卵柄与外界进行气体交换直至4龄幼虫后期。
Bentley jumping bee Aenasius bambawalei Hayat is an important parasitic natural enemies of Fusarium mealybug. Under the laboratory conditions, the morphological changes and corresponding developmental periods of the individuals of Beauveria bumblebeewere observed systematically with the adult female of Fusarium meleagridis as the host. The results showed that the parasitic wasps of Bentley’s Bumblebee had been parasitized. The individual development could be divided into four stages: egg, 4 larvae, pupae and adult. Under the conditions of temperature 27 ± 1 ℃, relative humidity 70 ± 5%, photoperiod L12 : D12, the life cycle of Bentley Bumblebee was 14.5 days. The developmental stages of eggs, first instar larvae, second instar larvae, third instar larvae, fourth instar larvae, pre-pupae and pupae were 1.5 days, , 1d, 2d, 2.5d, 1d and 5.5d, respectively. Eggs and larvae mainly exchanged gas with the outside through the egg stalk until the late stage of 4th instar larvae.
