粉煤灰是一种高分散度的固体颗粒集中体,其中各种形态的颗粒混杂在一起,综合利用困难。如能分离出超细分级的微粒,可大大改善粉煤灰的性能,应用范围也会随之提高。 粉煤灰是由多种粒子组成的,其中球形颗粒占60%以上,另外还有空心微珠、不规则和多孔玻璃体以及磁珠漂珠等。这些粒子分离后粒度可控制在0.1~40μm范围。分离后的微细粒所含的球形颗粒明显富集、碳铁含量下降,三氧化二铝含量增高,有较大的比表面积,具有多孔性的玻璃相结晶构造。这些性能使粉煤灰具有特殊的用途。
