MB15 is a high-strength deformed magnesium alloy containing 5.0-6.0% Zn and 0.3-0.9% Zr. It is close to the composition of the Soviet Union’s MA14 and the United States’s ZK60A alloy. It is mainly used in the aviation industry as a component subjected to large forces such as a wing Stringer, rib, rocker and so on. The alloy can not be deformed in cold state. Due to the increase of sliding surface, the plasticity is improved at high temperature. For example, hot-extruded bar has elongation of 14.8% at room temperature and 62% at 300 ° C. If the temperature control is not good, it will produce waste. Therefore, the study of its superplastic deformation conditions have a certain significance, not only to improve the plasticity, but also in the superplasticity conditions, can be completed once complex parts precision die forging.
