The cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) is a disease that develops primarily in the skin and gradually affects the lymph nodes and internal organs. The disease progresses slowly. The skin changes to a red spot and further develops into hard-coated patches. It evolved into a ulcer or even cancerous. Because CTCL occurs most often in non-exposed areas of the body, it has been suggested that ultraviolet B (UVB) irradiation may play a protective role. The most widely used method for early treatment of CTCL is topical topical hydrochloric acid mustard, electronic Beam irradiation and oral psoralen plus UVA light therapy involving UVB light therapy
