荞麦属蓼科一年生草本,瘦果。我国栽培较广,以东北,华北地区为多。荞麦面治疗糖原病,见于我国多部中医著作中,并流传于民间,但其作用机理不清。本试验通过观察正常人荞麦面食品餐后血糖及胰岛素释放效应,以探讨荞麦面在糖尿病治疗中的作用机理,为糖尿病的饮食治疗提供部分科学依据。 对象和方法 正常人18名,均为男性青年。受试者除外心、肝、肾等影响糖代谢疾病。近2周内未服过影响血糖的药物。 18名受试者隔周进行一次试验,共2次。分别食用小麦面食品,荞麦面食品100g(以
