从上世纪我国的知识产权法律颁布后,虽然我国的知识产权法律服务有很大的发展,法律服务平台的领域和功能有了很大的拓宽和完善,服务的水平也有很大的提高。但是,随着科学和技术的发展,法律服务平台的服务业出现一些问题。文章根据法律服务平台服务中出现的问题,提出了几条完善和串行法律服务平台的对策。 Since the promulgation of China’s intellectual property law in the last century, although the legal services for intellectual property in our country have greatly developed, the fields and functions of the legal service platform have been greatly broadened and improved, and the service level has also been greatly improved.
