目的 :为临床心血管试验提供形态学资料。方法 :对 5例豚鼠心脏的窦房结和房室结 ,进行透射电镜观察。结果 :窦房结和房室结内的细胞主要为P细胞和T细胞。P细胞圆形或多边形 ,胞核大 ,肌微丝少排列不规则 ,线粒体少 ,糖原颗粒及核糖体丰富 ,核旁有高电子密度颗粒。T细胞呈梭形 ,平行排列、核长 ,核膜及胞膜不平滑 ,肌微丝可形成较完善的肌节 ,核糖体和糖原颗粒丰富 ,也有高电子密度颗粒。结内细胞多以未分化型连接为主。结论 :该研究能为了解心传导系的传导机制和探讨心律失常发病机制 ,提供形态学基础
Objective: To provide morphological data for clinical cardiovascular testing. Methods: The sinoatrial node and atrioventricular node in 5 guinea pig hearts were observed by transmission electron microscopy. Results: The cells in the sinus node and atrioventricular node were mainly P cells and T cells. P cells round or polygonal, large nucleus, muscle filaments less irregular arrangement, less mitochondria, glycogen particles and ribosome abundance, nucleus near the high electron density particles. T cells were spindle-shaped, parallel arrangement, nuclear length, nuclear membrane and cell membrane is not smooth, muscle microfilament can form a more complete sarcomere, ribosome and glycogen particles rich, but also high electron density particles. Most of the cells in the junction of undifferentiated type. Conclusion: This study can provide morphological basis for understanding the conduction mechanism of cardiac conduction system and exploring the pathogenesis of arrhythmia
