本研究对辐射产生的154个水稻突变体的稻瘟病抗性研究表明:经辐射产生的突变体,有抗病,也有感病。通过筛选,可获得抗病变变体;辐射原始品种不同,抗病突变体出现的频率也不相同。经13个稻瘟病生理小种分别接种鉴定,发现突变体与亲本的抗谱有较大差异。一个抗病突变体的抗性改变后,其它经济性状也有相应的改变。为了获得抗病高产品种,需要在抗病的基础上,加强对其它经济性状的筛选。
In this study, the resistance of rice blast caused by radiation to 154 rice mutants showed that the mutant produced by radiation had disease-resistant and susceptible. Through screening, the disease-resistant variants can be obtained; the initial varieties of radiation have different frequency of disease-resistant mutants. After inoculation identification of 13 rice blast physiological races, it was found that there was a big difference between the mutant and the parental anti-spectrum. After the resistance of a disease-resistant mutant is changed, other economic traits also change accordingly. In order to obtain high-yielding disease-resistant varieties, it is necessary to strengthen the screening of other economic traits on the basis of disease resistance.
