为研究含N,N-二硝基哌嗪(DNP)改性双基推进剂(DNP-CMDB)的催化燃烧性能,用燃速测试、高压差示扫描量热(PDSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)和单幅彩色火焰照相技术,分别研究了邻笨二甲酸铅(φ-Pb)、邻苯二甲酸铜(φ-Cu)及其复配体系对DNP-CMDB推进剂燃烧性能、凝聚相热分解、熄火表面和火焰结构的影响。结果表明,φ-Pb及其复配体系能够提高推进剂的燃速,降低压强指数,促进DNP的凝聚相热分解,减少熄火表面上的DNP晶体残留,增大燃烧表面面积,增强火焰区的燃烧反应程度。
