在进行水利风景区后评价时,引入TOPSIS法从风景区社会、经济、环境三方面建立综合评价模型,运用该模型对松江水利风景区项目进行后评价,评价结果是风景区运行良好,显示了TOPSIS法运用于后评价的可行性。 In the evaluation of water conservancy scenic area, TOPSIS was introduced to establish a comprehensive evaluation model from the aspects of society, economy and environment of the scenic area. The model was used to evaluate the Songjiang Water Resources Scenic Area project. The evaluation result was that the scenic area operated well, TOPSIS method applied to the feasibility of post-evaluation.
