目的:建立解毒退热颗粒中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法:以Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18)柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-水(25∶75)为流动相,检测波长为250nm。结果:葛根素Y=41 624 X-44.831,r=0.999 99,进样浓度在0.017mg/mL~0.17mg/mL范围内线性关系良好。精密度试验对照品溶液RSD=0.74%,供试品溶液RSD=0.81%(n=6)。重复性试验RSD=0.90%(n=6)。葛根素在48h内稳定性良好,对照品溶液RSD=0.49%,供试品溶液RSD=0.69%。平均回收率101.02%,RSD=2.82%(n=9)。结论:该方法准确,可靠,操作简便,可用于解毒退热颗粒中葛根素质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of puerarin in Jiedujieji granules. Methods: Agilent Eclipse Plus C_ (18) column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase and the mobile phase was methanol-water (25:75). The detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results: Puerarin Y = 41 624 X-44.831, r = 0.999 99, and the linearity was good in the range of 0.017mg / mL ~ 0.17mg / mL. RSD precision test reference solution 0.74%, for the test solution RSD = 0.81% (n = 6). Repeatability test RSD = 0.90% (n = 6). Puerarin in 48h good stability, the reference solution RSD = 0.49% for the test solution RSD = 0.69%. The average recovery was 101.02%, RSD = 2.82% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable and easy to operate. It can be used for quality control of puerarin in detoxification tablets.
