我县头癣以白癣最多,黄癣次之。因白癣到成年时可自愈,且不致秃发。而黄癣病程甚长,顽固不愈,可致疤痕性秃发,给生活、工作带来不良影响,故为当前防治重点。我县1980年发现和治疗黄癣458例,现报告如下。普查情况在595,951名农村人口中,实查578,053人(普查率96.99％),头癣患者1,744人(占0.3％),其中黄癣458例(占0.08％)占头癣患者中的26.3％。按1977年中央卫生部制定的统一标准:①轻型117例(病损面积小于5分硬币三块以下者);②中型240例
Tinea capitis in our county up to white ringworm, followed by yellow ringworm. Because of white ringworm to adult self-healing, and will not cause baldness. The long duration of the disease Huanghuang, stubborn, can cause scarring alopecia, to life, work to bring adverse effects, it is the focus of the current prevention and treatment. My county found and treated in 1980 458 cases of yellow ringworm, are as follows.
