通过热重分析(TGA)研究聚甲醛(POM)、POM/抗氧剂1010、POM/1010/HBS体系的热稳定性,并通过Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法和Coats-Redfern法分析其非等温热降解动力学,计算得到动力学参数。结果表明:在失重率为1%时,POM/1010/HBS的温度高出纯POM28.7℃;随着热失重率的提高,POM、POM/1010体系的降解活化能均呈下降趋势,而加入HBS后,体系的降解活化能呈上升趋势;说明热稳定剂HBS与抗氧剂1010有较好的协同作用,能够有效提高POM的热稳定性。
The thermal stability of polyoxymethylene (POM), POM / antioxidant 1010 and POM / 1010 / HBS systems was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and analyzed by the Flynn-Wall-Ozawa and Coats-Redfern methods for their non-isothermal Thermal degradation kinetics, calculated kinetic parameters. The results showed that the POM / 1010 / HBS was 28.7 ℃ higher than pure POM at the weight loss of 1%. The degradation activation energy of POM and POM / 1010 decreased with the increase of the weight loss After HBS was added, the degradation activation energy of the system showed an upward trend. It indicated that the heat stabilizer HBS and antioxidant 1010 had a good synergistic effect and could effectively improve the thermal stability of POM.
