企业人力资源管理的一个重要组成部分是薪酬管理。薪酬管理的好坏与否直接影响着激励机制运行的效果如何。企业的不断发展壮大需要广大员工的共同努力,而最能激发员工工作激情和潜能的方式就是运用合理有序的薪酬管理,这样才能在最大程度上提升企业的竞争力。基于此,本文分析了我国企业薪酬管理的突出问题,并且提出了一系列加强企业薪酬管理的方法。
An important part of enterprise human resource management is pay management. The quality of the remuneration management directly affects how the incentive mechanism works. The continuous development and expansion of enterprises require the joint efforts of the majority of staff, and the most exciting way to stimulate the passion and potential of staff work is to use reasonable and orderly compensation management, so as to maximize the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on this, this article analyzes the prominent problems of the enterprise pay management in our country, and puts forward a series of methods to strengthen the enterprise pay management.
