针对唐山中厚板材有限公司板坯常发生的内部裂纹问题,上线应用了中冶连铸技术工程股份有限公司的三维动态配水和铸坯质量跟踪与判定系统(QES),系统正常运行后,铸坯内部裂纹有了明显改善。基于QES分析了生产过程、钢水成分和设备运行状况对中间裂纹的影响,发现钢水硫含量高、w(Mn)/w(S)低、扇形段开口度控制偏差和冷却水喷嘴堵塞是导致该厂中间裂纹的主要原因,最终提出改进措施,改进后中间裂纹发生率明显减少。
In view of the internal cracks frequently occurred in the slab of Tangshan Medium Thickness Plate Co., Ltd., the 3D dynamic water distribution and slab quality tracking and determination system (QES) of China Metallurgical Continuous Casting Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. was applied on-line. After the system is in normal operation, Billet internal cracks have been significantly improved. Based on QES, the influence of production process, molten steel composition and equipment operating conditions on intermediate cracks was analyzed. It was found that the high sulfur content of molten steel, low w (Mn) / w (S), control deviation of fan segment opening and blockage of cooling water nozzle The main reason for the middle crack in the plant finally proposed improvement measures, and the incidence of the intermediate crack was obviously reduced after the improvement.
