在事业单位体制改革进一步深入的大环境下,事业单位尤其是财政事业单位要实现可持续性和跨越式发展,人力资源管理工作是个很好的突破口,基层财政事业单位人力资源管理工作主要围绕人事劳资管理来进行,因此,研究好基层财政事业单位人事劳资管理十分必要。笔者首先分析了加强人事劳资管理工作存在问题,其次,就事业单位人事劳资管理措施进行了较为深入的探讨。
