采用对照呼吸室与试验呼吸室水中含氧量之差的方法测定耗氧量,用Winkler氏法测定氧的含量,得出耗氧量与体长的关系式Y=0.07646L~(2.2197),耗氧率与体重的关系式Y=1.0879W~(-0.1539)。结果表明美国(?)鱼种耗氧率无明显的昼夜变化,其耗氧窒息点为0.6048毫克/升。 The oxygen consumption was measured by the difference between the oxygen content of the control respiration chamber and that in the experimental respiration chamber. The oxygen content was measured by Winkler’s method. The relation between oxygen consumption and body length was obtained as Y = 0.07646L ~ (2.2197) Oxygen consumption and body weight of the relationship Y = 1.0879W ~ (-0.1539). The results showed that there was no significant diurnal variation of oxygen consumption rate in American? (?) Species, and the point of oxygen suffocation was 0.6048 mg / l.
