河南省浚县善堂乡中心卫生院大胆改革,加强管理,充分利用中心乡卫生院建设款,阔步前进.面貌大变.他们的主要经验是: 一、改革培养人员方法,提高人员素质卫生院为了提高人员素质,采取了两项有效措施.一是奖励自学,注重实效,激发职工奋发向上,自学成才的积极性.二是大胆培养中青年人才,先后选送8名业务骨干到省、市、县医疗单位进修.到外地进修的人员.实行进修合同制.进修费先由个人支付,回院后能胜任工作,并开展1—2项新业务者,卫生院3年内还清进修费,否则,进修费自理.于是进修人员都努力学习,刻苦钻研,回院后积极开展新业务、新技术.例如:进修眼科的回来后,一般眼病诊治、手术治疗都开展起来,服务半径不断扩大.1991年眼科门诊达8000人次,业务收入5万多元。
