目的建立溶剂解吸-气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中异丙醇、异丁醇、丁醇、异戊醇和异辛醇的方法。方法采用溶剂解吸-气相色谱法同时测定5种醇类化合物。用活性炭管采样,2%甲醇的二硫化碳溶液解吸,DBWAX气相毛细管色谱柱分离,氢焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。测定了方法的线性范围、检出限、解吸率、精密度等参数。结果 5种醇类在较宽范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均在0.999以上,检出限为0.3μg/ml~1.2μg/ml。以1.5 L采样量计算空气中的最低检出浓度为0.2 mg/m3~0.8 mg/m3,平均解吸效率为91.4%~97.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.4%~3.2%,满足《职业卫生标准制定指南》要求。结论该法准确、灵敏、可靠,节约试剂用量和分析时间,可用于工作场所空气中5种醇类化合物的同时测定。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of isopropanol, isobutanol, butanol, isoamyl alcohol and isooctanol in the air of workplace by solvent desorption-gas chromatography. Methods Simultaneous determination of 5 alcoholic compounds by solvent desorption-gas chromatography. Samples were taken with a charcoal tube, desorbed with 2% methanol in carbon disulfide solution, separated on a DBWAX capillary column and detected by a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID). The linear range, detection limit, desorption rate, precision and other parameters of the method were determined. Results The five alcohols showed a good linear relationship over a wide range with the correlation coefficients above 0.999 and the detection limits from 0.3μg / ml to 1.2μg / ml. The minimum detectable concentration in the air of 0.2 mg / m3 ~ 0.8 mg / m3 was calculated from 1.5 L sample volume, the average desorption efficiency was 91.4% -97.5% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.4% -3.2% Health Standards Development Guide "requirement. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive and reliable, saving reagent dosage and analyzing time. It can be used for the simultaneous determination of five alcohol compounds in the air of workplace.
