目的建立CSSD空气净化排风系统,观察实际使用效果。方法通过采取综合管理措施和采样检测方法,对该净化排风系统净化效果进行了监测。结果自本消毒供应中心启用空气净化排风系统以来,连续108周每周监测,均可保持各区域空气中细菌总数在标准规定的范围内。结论使用装有中低效过滤装置的排风系统,可确保检查包装及灭菌区空气质量符合Ⅲ类环境要求,无菌物品存放区符合Ⅱ类环境要求。
Objective To establish a CSSD air purification exhaust system to observe the actual effect. Methods By adopting comprehensive management measures and sampling and testing methods, the purifying effect of purifying exhaust system was monitored. Results Since the first eight weeks of weekly monitoring of air-purifying exhaust system in our disinfection and supply center, the total airborne bacteria in each area can be kept within the standard range. Conclusion The exhaust system with medium and low efficiency filter can ensure that the air quality of packaging and sterilization area meets the requirements of Class Ⅲ environment and the storage area of aseptic material meets the requirements of Class Ⅱ environment.
