目的对小脑桥脑角颅咽管瘤的来源和临床诊断进行探讨。方法报道我院诊治的3例小脑桥脑角颅咽管瘤。结果均经手术基本切除肿瘤，术后恢复良好。结论小脑桥脑角颅咽管瘤可由蝶鞍区颅咽管瘤发展而来，亦可来源于小脑桥脑角池异位的颅咽管残余鳞状上皮细胞，临床诊断有一定的特点。
Objective To investigate the origin and clinical diagnosis of craniopharyngioma in cerebellopontine angle. Methods Three cases of cerebellopontine angle craniopharyngioma were treated in our hospital. The results were basically surgical removal of the tumor, postoperative recovery was good. Conclusions The craniopharyngioma in the cerebellopontine angle can be derived from the craniopharyngioma in the sellar region and can be derived from the residual squamous cell of the craniopharyngeal squamous cell in the ectopic region of the cerebellopontine angle pool. The clinical diagnosis has certain characteristics.
