目的:优选糖网合剂中蒲黄的提取工艺条件。方法:以干膏率和异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮苷的含量为评价指标,对处方中蒲黄的水提工艺(单提、合提、包煎与否)和醇提工艺进行考察,确定提取方式:以乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间为考察因素,采用多元线性回归和二项式拟合,用星点设计-效应面法优选最佳工艺。结果:最优提取工艺为8倍量60%乙醇回流提取3次,每次60 min。结论:优选的醇提工艺合理可行,可用于大生产。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process conditions of Puhuang in Tangshe Mixture.
