动物卫生监督执法是我国兽医行政执法工作的重要组成部分,加强动物卫生监督执法能力建设,是履行动物卫生监督职能的重要保障。扎实推进动物卫生监督执法工作,对促进重大动物疫病防控措施落实,保障重大动物疫情稳定,保障畜产品卫生安全,维护公共卫生安全有十分重要的意义。由于我国动物卫生监督执法机构设立较迟,工作起步晚,经验少,还存在执法力量不足、执法手段不强、执法力度不够、执法行为不规范等现象,所以,动物卫生监督执法能力亟待加强。为此,《农业部 Animal health supervision and law enforcement is an important part of veterinary administrative law enforcement in our country.
