动力煤洗选是提高煤炭质量、降低有害物含量的主要技术途径。分析了动力煤选煤厂和燃煤用户实现合理经济效益的基本条件及其节煤、减排、排污交（罚）款等影响因素，探讨了发展动力煤洗选的经济合理性条件。
Steam coal washing is to improve the quality of coal, reducing the content of harmful substances the main technical ways. This paper analyzes the basic conditions for reasonable economic benefits of thermal coal preparation plant and coal-fired users and its influencing factors such as coal saving, emission reduction and emission penalties, and discusses the economic rationality conditions for developing thermal coal washing.
