通过回流器内部流动的理论分析和对不同型式回流器的实验测试,着重研究了回流器内部流动特征,回流叶片型式对回流器性能及压缩机级特性的影响规律。应用了流线曲率法计算子午面流动,快速近似法计算叶片表面速度分布;用积分法计算二元可压缩紊流边界层。试验中分别对不同叶型叶片的回流器进行了静吹风和中间级性能试验,从理论和实践相结合的角度论证了最小扩压度叶型回流器的优越性。
Through the theoretical analysis of the internal flow in the reflower and the experimental testing of different types of reflowers, the influence of the internal flow characteristics of the reflower and the type of the return flow on the performance of the reflow and the characteristics of the compressor are studied emphatically. The flow curvature method was used to calculate the meridional flow and the fast approximation was used to calculate the blade surface velocity distribution. The integral compressive method was used to calculate the binary compressible turbulent boundary layer. Experiments were carried out on different leaf blades of the recirculation device of the static air blowing and intermediate performance tests, from a combination of theoretical and practical demonstration of the minimum degree of divergence leaf recirculation advantages.
