The tissue isolation method was used to screen a new strain of Grifola frondosa from Grifola frondosa var. Mongholicus and analyzed the nutritional components of Grifola frondosa. The results showed that the pure Grifola frondosa contains 20.21% crude protein, Fiber 12.40%, crude fat 1.2 0%, soluble sugar 40.7%, total amount of 17 kinds of amino acids 13.38%, wherein the ratio of essential amino acids to total amino acids (EAA / TAA) was 0.4489, Amino acid and nonessential amino acid ratio (EAA / NEAA) is 0. 8146. Pure white ash tree flower rich in mineral content
