本文首次应用贴片云纹干涉法、电阻应变仪法和有限元法研究焊接空心球节点,摸清了球面应力应变分布规律,得到了拉力、压力作用下的荷载位移全曲线。按主因素法回归出了受压球节点的承载力计算公式。根据受拉球节点的破坏机理,提出了受拉球节点的破坏模型,用冲剪法得到其承载力计算公式。此外,本文对大直径空心球提高承载力的措施也做了较详细的讨论。
For the first time, the welded hollow spherical joints were studied by patch moiré interferometry, electrical resistance strain gauge method and finite element method. The distribution of stress and strain on the spherical surface was found out, and the full load-displacement curve of the load under tension and pressure was obtained. According to the main factor method, the calculation formula of bearing capacity of the pressured ball joint is regressed. According to the failure mechanism of the tensioned ball joint, the failure model of the tensioned ball joint is proposed, and the calculation formula of its bearing capacity is obtained by the punching and shearing method. In addition, this article also discusses the measures to improve the bearing capacity of large diameter hollow ball.
