伊拉克某油田在钻进Lower Fars层时,发现巨厚盐膏层,且出现井眼缩径现象,发生卡钻。本研究针对该油田盐膏层蠕变特性进行分析,建立了蠕变本构方程。通过FLAC3D软件计算得出在不同钻井液密度下井眼缩径率随井深的变化规律,并绘制出盐膏层岩段不同缩径率下的泥浆密度图版,确定了顺利钻穿该区块盐膏层的合理泥浆密度。同时,采用同样的方法对邻井的泥浆密度进行推荐,结果发现该井的盐膏层段并未发生缩径情况,这说明利用泥浆密度图版来推荐该油田盐膏层段合理泥浆密度的方法是合适的。
When drilling in the Lower Fars formation, an oil field in Iraq discovered a thick layer of salt and paste, and borehole diameter reduction occurred and sticking occurred. In this study, the creep characteristics of the salt paste layer in this oilfield were analyzed, and the creep constitutive equation was established. Through the software FLAC3D, the variation rule of wellbore diameter shrinkage with well depth was calculated under different drilling fluid densities, and the mud density map under different shrinkage rates of salt-coated layer was plotted, Layer of reasonable mud density. In the meantime, the same method was used to recommend the mud density in the adjacent wells. As a result, it was found that there was no reduction in the size of the salt slurry in the well, suggesting a method of using the mud density plate to recommend a reasonable mud density for the salt slurry in the field Is suitable.
