把知识管理分为知识获取、知识整合和知识利用三个维度,构建组织忘记、知识获取、知识整合和知识利用之间的关系模型,揭示组织忘记对知识管理的影响机理,并对收集的248份有效问卷进行规范的实证分析。研究结果表明:组织忘记对知识获取、知识整合及知识利用都产生显著的积极影响。这为我国企业的知识管理实践提供参考和启示。
The knowledge management is divided into three dimensions: knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration and knowledge utilization. The relationship model between organizational forgetting, knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration and knowledge utilization is constructed, and the mechanism of organizational forgetting on knowledge management is revealed. An effective questionnaire to conduct empirical analysis. The results show that: organizational forgetting has a significant positive impact on knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration and knowledge utilization. This provides reference and inspiration for our country’s enterprise knowledge management practice.
