本研究采用2×2混合因素设计调查输出任务类型和词语意象性对英语学习者词汇习得的影响。研究发现,任务类型效应某种程度上受到词语意象性的制约。在接受性词汇知识方面,中等任务类型效应只体现在词语意象性低水平上;意象性效应存在于每个任务中,但是效应大小不同。在产出性词汇知识方面,不管意象性水平如何,任务类型效应都很大;低中等意象性效应只出现在组句中。研究表明,除词语加工方式之外,词汇习得也受到注意力的分散、词语意象性和词汇知识类型的影响。
In this study, 2 × 2 mixed factor design was used to investigate the impact of output task type and word image on English learners’ vocabulary acquisition. The study found that the task type effect is somewhat constrained by the word image. In the aspect of receptive vocabulary knowledge, the effect of medium task type is only reflected in the low level of word image; image effect exists in each task, but the effect is different in size. In productive vocabulary knowledge, the task type effect is great regardless of the level of imagery; the low medium imagery effect only appears in the group sentences. The research shows that in addition to word processing, vocabulary acquisition is also affected by distraction, word image and vocabulary knowledge types.
