日本经济产业省发表了制造业现状与课题的《制造基础白皮书》。该白皮书指出 ,在经济全球化的今天 ,日本面临着以中国为首的东亚国家的竞争 ,企业迁移海外 ,国内产业空洞化等一系列问题。为了保持和强化制造业的国际竞争力 ,应确保对尖端技术的研发力度 ,并完善知识产权的保护 Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry published the “Manufacturing Foundation White Paper” on the status quo and issues of manufacturing industry. The white paper points out that Japan is facing a series of problems such as the competition among East Asian countries headed by China, the overseas relocation of enterprises and the hollowing of domestic industries under the circumstances of economic globalization. In order to maintain and enhance the international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry, we should ensure that the research and development of cutting-edge technologies is carried out and the protection of intellectual property rights is improved
