本文通过介绍皖通H股筹备、发行上市具体操作过程，对通过证券市场融资的方式解决公路建设与资金短缺矛盾的作用方面，提出了自己的看法和有益的建议。
This article presents my own opinions and helpful suggestions by introducing the specific operation process of preparation, issuance and listing of H-share of Anhui Expressway and the role of financing of stock market in solving the contradiction between highway construction and shortage of funds.
