为研究浮床栽培鱼腥草(0、5%、10%和15%种植面积)对吉富罗非鱼胆汁液中免疫因子的影响,测定了金属硫蛋白(Metallothionein,MT)、免疫球蛋白(Immunoglobulin M,Ig M)、转铁蛋白(Transferrin,TRF)、干扰素-γ(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和表皮生长因子(Epidermal growth factor,EGF)等指标。结果表明,不同鱼腥草种植面积能造成吉富罗非鱼胆汁液中Ig M、TRF、TNF-α、EGF含量的升高,且5%鱼腥草处理组还能造成吉富罗非鱼胆汁液中MT、IFN-γ、IL-8和IL-10含量的升高。5%鱼腥草处理组能显著增强吉富罗非鱼胆汁液中所测八种免疫因子的活性。
In order to study the effects of Houttuynia cordata (0,5%, 10% and 15% plantation area) on immune factors in bile of G. fortunei cultured on floating beds, the effects of Metallothionein (MT), Immunoglobulin M, IgM, Transferrin (TRF), Interferon-γ (IFN-γ), Interleukin-8 (IL- IL-10), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and epidermal growth factor (EGF). The results showed that the planting area of different Houttuynia cordata could result in the increase of Ig M, TRF, TNF-α and EGF in the bile of GIFT tilapia, and the treatment of 5% Houttuynia cordata could also cause the bile In the MT, IFN-γ, IL-8 and IL-10 levels increased. 5% Houttuynia treatment group can significantly enhance the activity of eight immune factors measured in bile of GIFT tilapia.
