在总结各研究者对不同所有制企业人力资本收入差异的实证数据的基础上,对形成这一差异的原因进行了剖析。在分析的过程中放弃了以往研究的视角,从基于意识形态传统的非正式制度角度进入,指出国有企业改革使得企业内部产生了制度摩擦现象。又因为国有企业特殊的委托代理关系,非正式制度在影响企业目标和行为的过程中作用凸显,导致不同所有制企业的分配制度存在差异,从而人力资本收入也存在差异。
On the basis of summing up the empirical data of each researcher on the difference of human capital income in different ownership enterprises, the reasons for the formation of this difference are analyzed. In the process of analysis, it abandons the perspective of previous studies and enters from the perspective of informal institutions based on the ideological tradition. It points out that the reform of state-owned enterprises has created institutional friction within enterprises. Because of the special agency relationship of state-owned enterprises, the informal system plays an important role in the process of influencing the goals and behaviors of enterprises. As a result, the distribution system of enterprises with different ownership varies and the income of human capital also varies.
