现代学校治理的一个重要视角是:把学校看作一个“嵌入”社会结构中的教育组织来进行综合管理。作为全国创新教育实验学校,巴南区鱼洞四小一直积极探索现代学校治理的新思路、新举措。近年来,学校把发展共同体建设作为管理创新的突破口,着重从师生学习共同体、校家社区共同体、校际合作共同体三个层面进行了有益的尝试。
An important perspective of modern school governance is to think of the school as an educational organization in an “embedded” social structure for integrated management. As a national experimental school for innovative education, No.4 in Yudong, Bannan District has been actively exploring new ideas and measures for modern school governance. In recent years, the school has taken the construction of the development community as a breakthrough point in management innovation, and has made useful attempts from three levels: the teacher-student learning community, the school community community, and the inter-school cooperation community.
