目的:探讨当乌分散片中的药材乌药的最佳提取工艺。方法:以乌药醚内酯质量分数为考察指标,选择提取方法、提取溶剂、提取次数,用单因素考察方法确定因素水平;再以乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取温度、提取时间为考察因素,以乌药醚内酯质量分数为指标,同时考虑收膏率,用正交试验方法对其最佳工艺进行优化。结果:最佳提取工艺:超声提取,90%乙醇,50℃的提取温度,提取2次,每次20 min,每次6倍量的提取溶剂。结论:采用超声提取法具有提取快速,有效成分提取率高等优点,此工艺合理可行。
Objective: To investigate the best extraction process of Radix Ursolicas in Dusan Tablets. Methods: Taking the drug content of Wax ether as the index, choosing the extraction method, extracting the solvent, extracting the number of times and determining the factor level by the single factor investigation method; then taking the ethanol volume fraction, the solid-liquid ratio, the extraction temperature and the extraction time as the investigation Factors, to aether ether ether lactone mass fraction as an indicator, taking into account the receiving cream rate, using orthogonal test method to optimize its optimum process. Results: The best extraction process: ultrasonic extraction, 90% ethanol, 50 ℃ extraction temperature, extracted twice, each 20 min, each 6 times the amount of extraction solvent. Conclusion: Ultrasonic extraction has the advantages of rapid extraction and high extraction rate of active ingredients, which is reasonable and feasible.
