在 pH4. 8及 TritonX-100存在下,钒(V)与锌试剂形成稳定的绿色络合物。锌试剂与钒(V)络合物的最大吸收波长分别位于482nm 和690nm 处。钒(V)络合物至少在4小时内吸光度保持不变,其摩尔吸光系数及桑德尔灵敏度分别为1. 1×10~4摩尔·升~(-1) ·厘米~(-1) 和0. 0046微克/厘米~2。钒(V)浓度在0~100微克/25毫升范围内符合比尔定律。用克分子连续变换法、克分子比法、斜率比法及平衡移动法求得钒(V)与锌试剂的络合比均为1:2。
Vanadium (V) forms a stable green complex with the zinc reagent in the presence of pH 4.8 and Triton X-100. The maximum absorption wavelength of zinc reagent and vanadium (V) complex is located at 482 nm and 690 nm, respectively. The absorbance of the vanadium (V) complex remained unchanged for at least 4 hours with molar extinction coefficient and Sander sensitivity of 1. 1 × 10-4 mol · L -1 · cm -1 and 0 0046 μg / cm ~ 2. Beer’s law is valid for Vanadium (V) concentrations in the range of 0-100 μg / 25 ml. The complex ratio of vanadium (V) to zinc reagent was 1: 2 by continuous conversion of molecules, molar ratio method, slope ratio method and equilibrium shift method.
